Search for Your Home

Schedule a Viewing
We'll coordinate a day and time that works for you to tour the property, the amenities, and available suites. Bring all your questions — our team is there to answer them.
Prepare Your Application
Ready to apply? Submit your application along with supporting documents — government ID, proof of income, and references from employers or previous landlords help everything move faster.
Approval & Lease Signing
Once approved, you'll sign your residential tenancy agreement plus any add-ons like pet, parking, or storage agreements. Your security deposit (and pet deposit, if applicable) is due at signing.
Prepare for Move-In
Before your lease starts: set up rent payments through the Resident Portal, register with your utility providers, arrange tenant insurance, and coordinate your move-in date and elevator booking with our team. Welcome home!
